Zune Contest Two Winners - Official Rules

1. How to Enter – Download one of the versions of tazti speech recognition software onto your PC, then activate tazti via the activation / online Entry Form for one entry into the contest. You have the option to invite 3 of your friends to enter the contest via the the activation /online Entry Form, and doing so enters your email address for a second entry in the contest. You may have up to two entries in the contest Your entry must be submitted using the activation online Entry Form. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Entry requires submission of your email address, country, state, city, age, male/female identification. Be sure your email address is typed correctly on the form as that is how we will contact you if you are one of the winners. Entry to this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and acceptance of tazti.com/Voice Tech Group, Inc., terms of service and software End User License Agreement. This contest is sponsored by tazti.com/Voice Tech Group, Inc., and has no affiliation with Microsoft or any other companies discussed or shown.
2. Duration - The contest will begin on February 18, 2008. The contest will end on December 31, 2008 with 2 winners being announced on tazti.com shortly thereafter.
3. Eligibility - Anyone in U.S.A. that is 18 years of age or older is eligible to participate in the contest.
4. Prizes - The grand prizes are two 30GB Zune music players. APR $199US.
5. Prize Restrictions - Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent offered except at Sponsor's option. All taxes are the responsibility solely of the winners.
6. Winning - Two winners will be randomly selected from all entries received. Each will receive one 30GB Zune.
7. Notification of Winner/Claiming Prize - Winners will be notified by email message and have up to 10 days to claim their prize via an e-mail reply, stating their name, address, city, state, zip, age, home phone number and/or work phone number. If selected winner does not claim their prize via an e-mail reply within 10 days from being selected as winner of the Contest, an alternate winner will be selected until the selected winner replies via e-mail within 10 days of being selected as the winner of the Contest.
8. Additional Terms - By participating, entrants agree a) to the Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; and b) to release, discharge and hold harmless tazti.com, Voice Tech Group, Inc., its respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, owners, and employees from all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. By accepting a prize, winners agree, where legal, to the use of their names and/or likenesses, for advertising purposes without compensation. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
9. Limitations of Liability - Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the web site; any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Contest, or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Contest cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest and may select the winner from among all entries received to the action taken.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR OR ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AND ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEB SITE WWW.TAZTI.COM. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 10. Resolution - This contest is shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this contest if you do not agree to these terms.
