I am interested in having tazti installed on a laptop that is in my Kitchen. I expect the laptop to perform pretty much kitchen duty 24/7 (recipe and shopping lists). I'd like to have the mic made hot with a specific voice command and then follow with a food item to add to a master list. At some point, I'd like to utter PRINT LIST and have the list printed to the default printer. I can handle clearing and setting up the NEXT blank document manually. I just need to be able to engage and disengage the mic with voice commands and then print at some point via voice command.

Is this possible without a lot of customization ?? Is this available in the FREE version??
